Hi to all members!!!

Hi All.  I am a newbie to the group, so thought I would introduce myself.

   New to the whole  Amateur Radio scenario.  Went out and got me self a decent little multi-bander handheld transceiver.  Only problem now is working out how to go about using it,  lol !!!

  Any members of the forum with a little time to spare and not to far from myself, willing to offer a newbie a little operations guidance would be massively appreciated.

   Even a pointer in the right direction of getting myself started would also be cool.  Nyways hopefully chat to all at some point in the future.  Cheers Paul....

Hi and welcome Paul. Im a member of a radio club which is based in Hebburn, its just a small gathering once a month, we are usually there the first Monday of the month but we have it this Monday due to the bank holiday Monday last week.
